I was at the emergency room with Cass til about 3:30 a.m. or so. She had been complaining of chest pain for a few days. I was going to wait til Monday for an appointment, but then she had me feel her pulse and her heart was pounding, so I went from concerned to freaked out and took her in. She has pleuricy which is not good, but I'm relieved it wasn't a blood clot (for which they did a CT scan which came out negative) or some other really dangerous thing. I was able to get her an excuse from the E.R. Dr., but I'm just gonna have to live with whatever perception my absence will cause tomorrow. Seems making excuses, however true, does more to call attention to the absence than anything else. My professor is pretty kewl anyway. Cass is sleeping soundly now, and I'm typing in my sleep. LOL

Poor Cass! Tell her we're thinking of her. I'm sorry you both have to miss school. By the way, Cam, how is your arm doing?
She's gonna be okay but she's taking it easy this weekend. My arm is improving. It's sore but I'm using it again. Thanks for your well wishes! Luvs!!!!
I hope she gets feeling better soon! It's so hard when the kids are sick. It was fun chatting with you the other night!
I just accidentally deleted like an hour and a half worths of a comment that I was just finishing up typing when fell asleep, for the millionth time (which is why is took so long), only this time it was on the keyboard...Poof! All gone. Oh well, I'm sure it was too long of a message to be accepted anyway and it was kind of, okay really, rambling gibberish because I do that when I'm tired. In fact I can sense that it's starting again....Basically, it just said that I LOVE you guys SO MUCH and really wish that I could be there to give you a big hug and to tell you so. I hope Cassie's lungs are doing better. Do they know what the cause of the pleurisy is? It sure seems like you've had more than your fair share of trials, and just plain ol' crapola lately - I REALLY wish it was this summer and not next that we were moving, so I really could be there to help you when you need it AND just to have some fun together too! Maybe if I close my eyes and click my ruby bedazzled heels together while chanting, "There's No Place Like Home...", then when I open my eyes....I will be there!... No? Oh well, I guess I will just have to wait until the end of July, when we are coming out for a visit! (Lucas is coming for work to start getting some initial groundwork going fort the clinic there). Anyway, I love you and miss you so much. ~ Shara
